About this site
This website is published by Full-Stag Digital (KvK 42076725), an independent digital solutions studio based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. It presents the studio's services and provides a way to make contact. It does not offer accounts, payments, or online transactions.
Use of the site
You may read and use this site for your own information and to get in touch about work. You agree not to misuse it: for example by attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it unlawfully.
Contact and enquiries are not a contract
Contacting me through this site (by email, or once it is live, the intake form) starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement to carry out work. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a per-project services agreement) between you and Full-Stag Digital, which sets the scope, price, and terms of that work.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Full-Stag Digital unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Delivered work, accuracy, and liability
I keep the site's information current and correct as far as I reasonably can, but I make no guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
Delivered project work carries a one-year warranty against defects from the date of delivery; anything beyond that (further changes, maintenance, or new work) is a separate paid engagement. The exact warranty and its terms are set in the written agreement for each project. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any non-contractual matters arising from them, are governed by the law of the Netherlands, within the framework of applicable EU law. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch court, the Rechtbank Oost-Brabant, in whose district Eindhoven lies, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site is the one that applies.
